An OPEN HOUSE to learn about the work of the
ACLU OF LOUISIANA

including our FREEDOM OF RELIGION AND BELIEF work throughout the state.

We defended a street preacher arrested for reading Bible verses.
We secured religious services for a prisoner denied the practice of his religion.
We represented a family to ensure that local officials could not hand out Bibles to
children at a Louisiana public school.
